This list of properties provides a complete list of all Tamarron condos managed by the Tamarron Rental Program, in all 4 areas: Main Lodge, HighPoint, Pinecone and Gamble Oak.
These condos have varying floor plans: Studios can sleep 4 to 6, have 1 full bath, and typically a mini-kitchen. Lofts can sleep 5 to 6, have 1 full bath, a sleeping loft, and typically a mini kitchen. Presidential Suites can sleep 6, have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen. The main lodge houses the pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, front desk and lobby with wifi.
HighPoint is our furthest north grouping of condos from the main lodge, about a mile in distance. They have newly updated "mountain" exteriors and big decks with views. In general, the are all two levels, sleep 6 to 8, have a full kitchen and two full baths.
The Pinecone Condos are located just south of the Main Lodge. They have big decks with private views. These condos have varying floor plans - from studios, to one bedroom, to two level floor plans.
Gamble Oak is our furthest south grouping of townhomes. It is located about 1 mile from the main lodge. The Gamble Oak Condos have newly updated "mountain" exteriors and big decks with views. These condos have varying layouts - from studios, to one bedroom, to two level floor plans.
