How do I check in?
You can pick up your condo key from our Main Lodge Front Desk. We are open 24/7, so late arrivals are no problem!
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed to stay at Tamarron. Let us know if you need nearby kennel references for your furry friends. Exception made for Service Dogs with certificate presented upon arrival. A certificate is not required if the service provided by the dog is obvious. If you are traveling with a Service Dog, please contact our front desk to make a reservation so we can assist you in selecting a condo where pet allergies are not an issue with the condo owner.
Is there daily housekeeping & linen service?
Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer daily housekeeping or linen service. The cleaning fee you pay in your rental charges are for a departure clean only. If you need to wash your towels or linens during your stay, we do have many coin laundry areas at Tamarron. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have free wifi?
Every condo at Tamarron has free wifi! Speed will be 4MB - plenty big to watch those streaming videos on your laptop.
What are the check in/check out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm MST
Check-out is at 10:00 am MST
We are proud that Tamarron is a smoke-free complex and Durango is a smoke-free community.
Do I need a vehicle?
A personal vehicle is recommended, particularly if you are staying in one of the outlying condos away from the main lodge. We do have a ski shuttle service from the main lodge to the ski resort and you can schedule transportation to other locations. Our main lodge also has a NEW on-site restaurant and bar opening November 28, 2014.
A 4WD vehicle (or vehicle chains) is recommended in the winter months, particularly if you are staying in the HighPoint section of Tamarron.
Are there any parking restrictions?
Our parking facilities are not large enough for trailers, RV's or 5th wheels. Please make other arrangements if you are traveling with a large recreational vehicle or trailer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
