Driving Directions to Tamarron in Durango, Colorado

Tamarron is located near Mile Marker 40 on Hwy 550N at the Glacier Club entrance. We are about a mile North of the D&SNGR Rockwood Train Station.

From downtown Durango ~
  • Stay on 550 North through the City of Durango
  • Go appx 22 miles from downtown, turn RIGHT into the Glacier Club / Tamarron entrance (you will pass the Rockwood Train Station; if you reach Haviland Lake, you went too far)
  • Veer LEFT following the Tamarron Main Lodge signs
  • You must FIRST CHECK IN AT THE TAMARRON MAIN LODGE before entering the condo to obtain the condo key

From Durango Mountain Ski Resort ~

  • Turn onto 550 south for appx 9 miles (you will pass Needles Country Store, Haviland Lake and Rapp Corral). Tamarron will be on your LEFT at the Glacier Club / Tamarron entrance. Follow the signs to the Main Lodge.
